The University believes that recognition is an important part of the total employment concept. Several programs of recognition have been developed to provide visible and tangible recognition in several ways such as service, job performance and significance contribution. The Human Resources Department administers these programs throughout the year and coordinates the scheduling and contacts with departments and employees.
