

Per the Management Personnel Plan dated January 1, 1984, employees in this Management Group shall be
evaluated after six months and one year of service, and subsequently at one-year intervals during the
Annual Review Process. Evaluations are due in the Human Resources Department on the last working day
of June.

Probationary Employees
- In classifications of One-Year Probationary Period (Confidential Office Support & Confidential Technical Support) are evaluated by completion of their three, six and nine months of employment. Human Resources sends a monthly reminder to department when employees have a probationary evaluation due.
- In classifications of Two-Year Probationary Period (Confidential Administrative) are evaluated by completion of their six, twelve and eighteen months of employment.
Permanent Confidential Employees are evaluated once a year as part of the CSUSB's Annual Review Process. Evaluations are due in Human Resources on the last working day of May. See CSU Systemwide Policy.

- CSUEU allows employee five days for review of draft evaluation.
- APC allows employee fourteen days for review of draft evaluation.

All Temporary Employees (with exception of MPP, C99 & E99) are evaluated one time during their length
of appointment. Temporary Evaluations are due a month prior to the end date of the appointment.
Human Resources sends monthly memorandums to departments listing employees that have an evaluation due.
