MISSION
The mission of the CSUSB continuous quality improvement (CQI) program is to provide support of university, division and area quality improvement efforts, tools and knowledge sharing. Service shall be focused on supporting the strategic plan of the university clientele as well as the internal processes of the university community itself.
VISION
Encourage the university as a whole to embrace and assimilate quality performance - continually looking for ways to better our service to students, each other and the community. Promote continuous quality improvement at CSUSB and a campus culture of continuous improvement.
OBJECTIVES
- Build CSUSB change cycle
- Incorporate quality improvement frameworks to organize and track productivity initiatives
- Develop campus groups to address CSUSB Quality Improvement projects.
