Police Report

Request Procedures

• Please allow a minimum of 10 working days, from the date of report.
• Complete the following form, Report/Records Request Form. The form can be submitted by fax, mail, or in person at the police department.
• Once requested please allow 2 business days for review. Status of the request will be made to the individual by phone or e-mail.
• Reports can then be picked up at the Police Department once fees have been paid at the front window.

Fees:

Standard Request $6.00 per quarter + $0.10 per page
Special Handling $24.00 + $0.20 per page

Impounded Vehicles - $125.00

All impounded vehicles will need to be released by this agency prior to the registered owner or legal owner taking possession from the tow company. Please complete the following form, Impound Hearing Request, to request a hearing, which will be held Monday through Friday, during normal business hours. Hearing and notification of the request will be made within 2 business days. There will be a $125.00 release fee, paid to this department, plus impound fees with the tow company, which will be paid to them upon pick up of the vehicle.
