Requisition Training

OfficeMax Direct Ordering
  • OfficeMax Direct Ordering eliminates the need to enter your requisition into the PeopleSoft system, provides next day delivery if your order is completed before 3:00 p.m., allows you to create your own customized shopping list, browse Office Depot's on-line catalog for product information and access our exact discounted prices. A special access code is required. You can download the form from our web page: http://adminfin.csusb.edu/purchasing/forms.htm. Look for "OfficeMax Web-Site Access".

Procurement Card Training
  • A Procurement Card can be used as the first option in purchasing, before other methods, in order to achieve cost savings and improve processing time for your department's needs. However, usage is monitored and cardholders must be knowledgeable of and comply with purchasing procedures, as well as Procurement Card procedures and restrictions.
