Procurement Card

The Procurement Card is available to departments and offices campuswide to use as an alternative method of purchasing small dollar value items. There are restrictions both on items that can be purchased and accounts that can be charged and usage is monitored. Cards can be issued to individuals who have attended a mandatory training session, passed a written test, and obtained their area vice president's approval. Contact the Purchasing Office at x75142 for further information regarding the program and training session schedule.
